For a second year in a row, my work is represented in the Dana Gallery’s Icons of the West national juried show. This year’s exhibition was the gallery’s most competitive yet, with over 500 art works entered and only 100 chosen. To celebrate, I treated myself to a quick trip to Missoula, Montana to attend the opening on Friday, May 15th.
The evening’s festivities were well attended by friends of the gallery, the Missoula art community and many of the other artists with work in the show. I addition to networking and talking with some potential collectors, I had the opportunity to meet the individuals who purchased the two pieces I had in last year’s show.
